With your registration you subscribe to a certain dance level which allows you to enter rooms of this level and also rooms which are for all levels - for all - . Furthermore as a woman you can always enter the Ladies style room as long as there is space.

Unfortunately due to time and economical restraints once you have ordered you cannot cancel nor exchange your order with no one. you can use your full pass or all inclusive package at the next Cubamemucho World Congress of Timba in Munich 2009 however we’ll have to charge an additional  service fee of 24 euros. the ticket is personalized, so you may not hand it on to another person. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

To secure us and our congress team we would like to remind you that because of the size of the event and the number of people working on it we cannot be held responsible for the weather, the transport, accommodation, the classes, the concerts, the artists or the evening performance. You are always dealing at your own risk and have sole responsibility. Because of too many influencing factors we can’t make any guarantees towards the workshop timetable or the gala program, live bands and teachers. Certainly we’ll be dealing to the best of our knowledge, conscience and capability.
